Hereford Beef - Sirloin Steak (2 x 8oz)
Hereford Beef - cattle reared locally, traditionally grass-fed in a stress-free environment
Finest Local British Beef - Sirloin Steak
2 x 8oz Steaks
Cut from the large back muscle attached to the spine, opposite the long thin fillet steak, it has a bigger, beefier flavour than fillet or rib-eye steaks, meaning it is more suitable for highly flavoured sauces, including those with onion or a small amount of chilli.
The Hereford is one of the oldest British native breeds of cattle, producing the highest quality, grass-fed beef. Hereford Beef is renowned for its succulence and tenderness, thanks especially to a grass-based diet, which contributes significantly to the meat’s sensational flavour.
